Vertical Multistage Pump-- Right installation and commissioning operation

After you successfully installed your new Vertical Multistage pump, do you often experience problems with water leakage? This is most likely due to incorrect debugging and installation methods. So, how to install and debug Vertical Multistage Pump is correct?

Below is the instruction of the installation and commissioning PMP/PMPA Vertical Multistage pumps:

Step 1: Open the inlet valve to fill the pump chamber with liquid. Then close the outlet valve, otherwise it is easy to produce gas in the pump body, resulting in no Water Pump or machine seal damage;

Step 2: Before the motor starts, it must be turned first.Turn the motor blade to prevent the seal from turning simultaneously. Cause the machine to seal water;


Step 3: Open the exhaust valve and drain the pump chamber, Internal gas, otherwise easy to cause sealing rubber

Burn-out, leakage, etc;

Step 4: Start the pump, the motor should be rotated in the clockwise direction;

Step 5: When the pump is running normally. Adjust the outlet valve to measure the pump motor current. Make the motor run within the leading current, otherwise it will cause the overload operation of the pump (that is, high current operation) will cause the motor. Bearing burnt out.

Step 6: Through the regulating valve outlet valve opening, the rated current on the motor nameplate is less than 5%~10%(the pressure meter works according to the rated head of the pump).
