How does the vertical multisatge pump work ?

A Vertical Multistage pump is a type of pump that consists of multiple stages, with each stage containing an impeller and a diffuser. The impeller is a rotating component that uses centrifugal force to increase the velocity of the fluid, while the diffuser is a stationary component that converts the kinetic energy of the fluid into pressure energy.

In a Vertical Multistage Pump, the impellers are stacked on top of each other, with each stage adding pressure to the fluid. The fluid enters the first stage at the bottom of the pump and is accelerated by the impeller. The fluid then passes through the diffuser, where its kinetic energy is converted into pressure energy, before entering the second stage.

The process is repeated for each stage, with the fluid being pressurized further with each stage.
